Liam Payne is saying goodbye to his home in the Santa Monica Mountains.

The former One Direction member has sold his Calabasas, California, mansion for $10.2 million, PEOPLE confirms.

Payne, 27, purchased the home in 2015, and first placed it on the market in 2018 for $14 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. After lowering the price to $10.75 million in 2020, the “Bedroom Floor” singer has found a buyer.

The property is nestled in the hills above Malibu and features waterfalls, koi ponds, and lush gardens on the grounds – not to mention a pool, gym, home theater, wine cellar and double-height library with ornate detailing.

The house, built in 1991, boasts 9,700 square feet of living area, including five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There is also a recording studio, guesthouse and meditation house on the property.

Photos of the compound show beautiful archways and Spanish tile on the home, as well as ample outdoor space with an outdoor fireplace and kitchen area.

Tomer Fridman of Compass and Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland were the agents on the property.

Payne, who shares son Bear Grey, 3½, with ex Cheryl Cole, recently opened up about what it’s been like co-parenting during the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

“I have to make sure I’m negative before I go over and see him so it’s having to wait that couple of days before you can test,” he said during an Instagram Live session earlier this week, describing his co-parenting situation as “dead complicated” even though Bear was “only up the street.”

The singer-songwriter recently proposed to model Maya Henry.
